Can anyone recommend a good sports physio on Dublin's northside?

Last week i began getting these headaches while lifting heavy. Seemed to be on the back and the left-side of my head. Like really bad cripple me to the ground type pain. Would only last a few mins and disappear. But this week i've noticed it is stemming from my neck. Well so i think. My upper arms are even killing me now. Kinda like a numbness pain. So decided it's time to go get checked out so could do with a recommendation. Don't like chiropractors so i'd prefer a physio. Also has anyone ever suffered something similar to this just for interest?

    Thanks.

ok no one else has commented , if you have pain emanating from your neck that is strong enough to cripple you , you need to stop all lifting and get yourself to a doctor immediately and get an x-ray /MRI . Cervical spine issues need to be looked after straight away.

This. If I pull or strain a muscle due to gym/sports my first port of call will be my Physio. However if any sport/exercise ever induces a headache which "cripples" me, then I will be straight to a doctor (preferably one who deals with sports folks).

Closing this thread as you have already received the best advice you can expect. Contact your doctor!!
