    hey all,

Im trainin in the morning now at 6am. I get up at 5am and have a full scoop (40gms) whey protein and half water, half orange juice, all blended with a large banana. I feel good training on it, lots of energy. I only do one muscle group a day, this morning 5 rounds of skipping, 2 minute rounds, then chest. total workout 50 mins, 90 seconds rest between weight sets. then I go home, shower and have 100gms oats, with 20gm wallnuts, 50gms blueberries and a 1 tbs of honey, all on skimmed milk. for immidiate recovery.

Is my pre workout meal enough so Im not breaking down muscle, i feel fine on it. no cravings in my workiut and tons of energy, its also a short workout, 50 mins including warmup skipping. tomorrow il do only cardio and have only protein on water at 5am. then friday same as this morning and train my back.

Thanks for your comments in advance

Looks good & is similar to what I used to have when I trained in the mornings.

e.g. Banana, some oats & whey in a shaker.

You are not going to go into a catabolic state over a few hours, it take days or starvation or on deficit.
You are eating a pretty big amount of food around workout (maybe 1000cals), your body has lots to use there. Muscles aren't going to break down anytime soon.
