    Hi all,

    I'm fairly fit and active, however, my diet needs a good cleanup.

    The thing is, I'm the type of person who won't stick to something unless I really plan it out. My exercise regime is fairly well planned out and I stick to it, but my diet is fairly ad hoc, and I just take each day as it comes, and its holding me back I think.

    So I'm wondering if there is any website, where you choose and plan out your meals for the week, and it tells you the nutritional and calorie breakdown, and also produces your shopping list for the week?

    As far as I know, Tesco Diets do something like that. Anyone know for sure?

    Yep, Tesco Diets do that. You are given a meal plan which you can customise if you want and then you can go to the shopping list page and get a list of things you need to buy.
