Hi just wondering what people think of topical supliements? e.g. http://www.magnesoothe.com/

I'd usual use magnesium for stress relief but find too much can cause "stomach problems"

Nope, you can absorb magnesium through your skin, but a packet of epsom salts are way cheaper and just as effective I'd wager.

Just pop a half cup in the bath and soak. The bath helps with stress relief too.

FWIW, natural calm brand magnesium is not harsh at all on the stomach and really relaxes me before bed. Were you taking Mg Oxide before?

Hiya El_Dangeroso, just looked in the press, and I have 100mg Magnesium Citrate, I'd usually take 2 together with diner.

Will definitely try epsom salts in the bath, I have some terrible memory of epsom's so as long as I don't have to drink it. it's all good :D
