    Would eating 300 grams of tinned salmon every day be considered too much and would it be unhealthy

    Fresh fish is always better than tinned. With tinned you always run the risk of some of the very volatile omega 3 fats going rancid. The overall effect is small in the context of a healthy diet, but maybe swap a few of the tins for some fresh salmon, mackerel or trout. Good to keep the diet varied in any case.
