Cant access dashboard on E5830

    hey,
    i installed the device as per the instructions and i can surf the net.
    however i cant get the dashboard to appear. when i click on the icon a window appears but the window is blank.

    when i try the url http://3.home/

    (this is the alternative way in the manual)

    my browser says "server not found"

    i'm running windows seven but have tried compatability with both xp and vista any ideas?

    Are you connected via USB cable or Wifi?

    its the same with either.

    i was able to connect with wifi through the default ssid and password still no dashboard though.
