Is there a way I can get a 64 bit Windows Server 2008 to install on Virtual PC with a 32 bit host?

My ultimate goal is to set up a Virtual PC for development/testing/messing around with Sharepoint 2010

My laptop is 32 bit CPU (4Gb RAM, 320Gb HDD, Win7 32 bit), but Sharpoint is 64 bit compatible only.

I am using Virtual PC 2009.

I think the short answer is "no", on the basis that a virtual machine running on 32-bit hardware is going to be unable to support the requirements of an OS designed for 64-bit architecture. It seems from a bit of Google-fu around arstechnica that VMWare can handle 64-bit guests on a 32-bit host if the host is running on 64-bit capable hardware, but if you don't have the hardware I would imagine there's no way you'll get it running.
