    Has anyone heard of this or gotten their bf% tested using it, im thinking of getting it done?

    Why do you want to get a Dexa scan?

    In the other thread you mentioned that you are ~21stone @6ft, so it seems you may be overweight. Why the need for a fancy test to tell you something which is obvious?

    - Tidy up your diet (check the sticky threads on diet/nutrition).
    - Exercise more.
    - Sleep well.

    Focus on the basics.

    Yes had it done for free in college!! Calipers will tell u as much really IMO unless ur an Athlete looking for exact figure!!

    Yeah the callipers are good but just make sure the person using them has experience of using them correctly and accurately. The variation in obtained results vs. actual values is usually down to the skill of the person measuring, rather than the callipers themselves.
