Some questions about the Couch to 5K program

Hey guys, just read the forum charter etc, looking to lose weight myself at the moment. The problem is I am not sure of my actual weight at the moment nor what my goal/ideal weight would be for my height. I heard that the couch to 5K program was pretty good in helping to lose weight as well as get fit, also some weight lifting too. I don't have access to a gym close to my house and was wondering, if I really give it my 100%, alter my diet and all of that good stuff, is said program good or? Any other suggestions or ideas etc are very welcome and I do apologise if threads like this pop up all the time :o

If you clean up your diet that alone will create a big improvement in your weight, health etc. Cardio and resistance exercise (eg. running and weight lifting) will create further improvements to your weight and health.

I'd recommend you read the stickies on this forum and the Diet & Nutrition forum and you'll have a better idea of what your diet and exercise levels should be.
