Real Player Problems

I do hope this is the right place to post this: I was trying to download a video using realplayer but it only downlaods the first 20 seconds or so of it for no apparent reason & tells me the download is complete. Does anyone have any ideas? Im using internet explorer as my browser. its really weird & was working last week!…
