    15 years time we will have 100" tvs (so the guy from NHK would lead us to believe.)

    there was a bit more about it on Digital planet last week.

    When people today are buying 22" to 37" for HDTV because 48" to 60" is too big? :(

    100" is size of wall. Unless houses have a custom Theatre room, I can't see it. In a larger room even current HD has enough resolution for 72".

    This is for 100" and LARGER, for sure. So that people nearer screen in cinema or public venue don't see pixels.

    There is no need ever for this in average living rooms.
