Need Extra Help - POWER CAGE or BENCH RACK

    Hi im plainning on buying a rack but not sure which one to buy these to racks cost 260euros each in vj fitness any ideas if these be any good?

    I need some kind of rack so if i go to failure - i wont get trapped with the weight :(

    If you have a power cage or rack please let me know what its called and if its any good etc. as i dont want to waste my money on crap

    MAIN USE FOR THIS RACK IS HEAVY BENCH / INCLINE /DECLINE / SQUATS so any help or advice would be GrEaT :)

    There's loads of them online. I'd look for one like that one, lots of slots for the spotter bars. I find the big gaps between the one in my gym make it akward to use for bench.

    the cage can do everything the rack can do. Bench, squats, OHP, etc

    The rack has the advantage of multiple supports points, if you rep on bench 3/4 back up can rack it etc. This is pretty minor.

    The rack can take two bars at once, comes with plenty of attacments like rings, pull-up bars, plate holders etc, this is all useful.

    Looks like a simple decision to me.
