    Anyone any idea how many calories in a veggie bento box?

    Well it depends on what is in the box, for a 600 ml box, it should be about 600 calories if you have the proportions right (A: 3 parts grain dishes, 1 part protein dishes, 2 parts vegetable dishes but you have to take in to consideration the way its cooked, if its fried or not. So, I dont mean to sound unhelpful but you are asking how long is a piece of string. what's in the box?

    True, in the WW points thread people were using a UK site which listed singapore chow mein as being a mere 7.5points, I estimated it in my local as being 33.5points...

    It does me 2 good feeds, comes in a long tray crammed to bursting point, I can only expect in the UK she is getting small half filled trays.
