Thank you for any responces in advance,

When stopped by the Guards , a friend was asked if she had been drinking, she said yes, that she had three drinks. The Guard asked her to go the station to be breath tested, she agreed. When she got to the station she blew into the apparatus twice, unsuccessfully, she did not blow long enough. She was not offered to give a urine or blood sample. She was very co-operative. She is now looking at 4 years disqualification for failure to blow into apparatus!!

Does anybody know where she stands with this???

    Thank you

Sorry, this is not a forum(or site) for legal advice. As Saruman wrote she needs proper legal advice not advice from online strangers. Thread closed.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
