VO2 testing?

    Hi,

    anyone tell me some places in Dublin that conduct these tests, and a rough
    outline of the test, how long it lasts and maybe how much it would cost?

    Irishfit out in Dun Laoghaire offer VO2 testing have never been myself but have heard positive reports from a few people who have used them.

    Yeah, that is the one I came across. I thought I might get one closer to the City. I have booked with irishfit for next week, thanks

    There's a place up on Dawson street methinks. I'll try to dig it out for you. They're pricey enough though.

    Hi Barry,

    No, I just heard that the likes of Lemond and Indurain had scores in the high 80s, 92 for Greg, and thought that I could maybe break that record;)
