Did my usual routine in TotalFitness Sandyford yesterday morning, hit the pool area around 9.30am as normal, when i returned to the changing rooms there was no sign of my trainers.

Granted i hadnt put them in my locker, nobody does on a sunday morning, but as i had just run 10k in them, i stuck my ripe socks down into them to deter any potential thieves to no avail.

Told the staff but got the usual theres nothing we can do. Seems to me theres plenty they can do but are too lazy/stupid to bother. There cant have been more than 20 guys in the gym at that hour, most of which are regulars. Use the access system to determine the regulars then weed out the rest? Its this complacency that allows scumbags think this kind of carry on is acceptable.

I just hope this particular scumbag is dumb enough to think he can wear them to the gym, I fully intend to beat him to death, resuscitate him then beat him to death again.

Sorry to hear that mate - anytime I used the changing rooms I even lock my stuff away when I'm in the shower. The attitude up there is bullsh!t - was there on Saturday morning 9am and I swear a bomb had hit the place - weights everywhere, changing rooms in sh!t, toilets stinking and not one staff member to be seen anywhere but sitting at their desks scratching their arse.
