    Hi
I have joined a gym and its my very first time ever using a gym, i'm like a fish out of water. I am really self conscious going in there. I would like to tone up around the stomach and chest areas and i'm meeting with an instructor next week to try and get a fitness program but i was hoping to get some advice on what kind of programme i should be doing.

Something you enjoy and will stick to is the most important thing, personally I'd like to suggest weights but if you don't like weight training there wouldn't be much point in that.

I wouldn't have the time to go 5-6 times a week. Wouldn't mind a bit of swimming and the bike etc.
