Mod Notes / Bannings

In the Anglo Irish Staff Suicide thread, 'Mod Notes' were added to posts when the user received a ban for their contribution, such as in the following post. This is something I feel should become standard, as obviously if someone is banned, they might not necessarily get infracted and so the post not displaying a 'yellow'…
