HI, I am hoping that someone can give me some information on a vibration plate. i was looking at one called Casada Power Step plus, and it cost 800 euro. it is made in Germany. Has anyone any experience of using this type of machine, does it work?

    Id appreciate any comments

Hi, its supposed to be good for circulation, weight loss, good for your bones etc. I used one the other day, you stand on it and the vibrations go through your body.

Yep I got one, spent 2200 on it. Lost 3 stone in 2 weeks and my circlation was so good i could almost hover in the air.

3 stone in 2 weeks, even assuming 1/3 of that is fluid and rest fat equals 7,000kcal above maintenance burned per day over that period.

    Do.not.believe.

    What else did you do/take?

Fads like these machines come an go every few years, a total waste of money if you get roped into buying one.

Nothing will beat a bit of "CONSISTENT" exercise.

Probably cheaper to buy about 20 rampant rabbits spread em across the floor and lie on em. :)

Sure even if you didn't end up skinnier you'd still have a smile on your face!
