Good foods for your brain/mental health/mood

    Hi All, with winter on the way, I'm looking to stay positive and keep my brian in pefect working order :), what foods would be good.

    I'm thinking along the lines of say
    1) Oily fish for Vitiman D (Very hard to get enough sunlight in the winter)
    2) Liver for B Vitimains (say lambs liver 300g once a week, it's dirt cheap a 5euro a kg)

    Does Omega 3 effect your brian and is that why people call fish brain food?

    Is there anything else i should include?
