Trying to Eat Healthy

    Hey all, I was wondering does anyone happen to have any tips on improving my diet?
    I'm not overweight or anything, I have a very fast metabolism but I eat a lot of junk and rubbish.
    I try to eat more fruit but unfortunately I hate most vegetables! I'll eat carrots and broccoli but thats about it!
    I also know I need to increase my fibre and such, and i'll be replacing all my white rice and pastas with wholemeals soon hopefully!

    So, any ideas for getting my vitamins and minerals into me?

    Give a list of the food you'll eat on a typical day and it would be some help.
