Going to Bed Late

    Does going to bed late have any effect on our bodies, but still getting 7 or 8 hours sleep? I'm talking around 2.30-3.00am bed time.
    The reason I ask is because I have very little stamina playing sports & I'm thinking it might have an effect on my energy levels. (I rarely eat junk food & I only drink milk or water)

    I cant find much information on this question because most articles are about lack of sleep, but Iv red some people say that your body will get used to what time you go to bed at & others disagree.
    So I'm wondering what ye think.

    i usually go to bed around 2 and then dont get up until 2 the next day. im fierce lazy, thats my only excuse

    try going to bed early and getting up early if you can, i find i feel better during the day this way

    Yes having less or not enough sleep can make you sick. You should have sleep of at least 7-8 hours and it will be good for health if you sleep early and wake up early.
