    Had parma ham and brie on granary bread with a good slathering of red pepper relish and shoved under the grill for a few mins.....yummy!

    Now washing down with a mocha and little sinful bit of rocky road:o

    Went to a restaurant near work and had seafood linguini. It was horrible; really tasteless and there was about half an inch of olive oil on the plate after I'd finished. With every mouthful I kept thinking unhappily about fresh egg pasta dressed with just a knob of melted butter, coriander and parsley, with fresh prawns and salmon fried in garlic butter. Most depressing lunch ever.

    I wish I'd had the guts to send it back and get a steak. It's hard to mess up a rare steak.

    I had chunky mushroom soup and a fresh white bap today at about 4.30. It constituted both lunch and dinner I think :(
