i have being taking lipro diet pills for 3 weeks now and iv lost 12lbs. its just 1 pill in the morning with breakfast and it speeds up your metabolism and you dont feel hungry at all but you need to eat so you dont feel faint.

i had such a thirst the first few days and i had afew problems sleeping but this passes fairly quick. i have another 3 stone to go but i actually find a real difference around my tummy.

since having my daughter 20 months ago ive being struggling to loose the weight. i was between 11 and 12 stone when i got pregnant and went up to 17stone (weighed when in hosp). i started weight watchers 6 weeks after giving birth and was 15stone 3lbs and i lost 2 stone in 18 months so i said id give these a try. ive found them great...evening time was when i would eat everything in sight but now i wouldnt even be bothered with crisps/choc. ive still had my usual take-away once a week aswell. i tried on a pair of my pre pregnancy jeans today and their loose on me.

Well done on all your weight loss. Do you know if you can buy these in chemists or only over the net? Do you mind me asking how many calories you are on each day and if you are exercising? hope the weight loss keeps up!

im just eating what ever i want to be honest but i would be eating alot less because im simply not hungry. its really weird not remembering to eat which has happened afew days where i have toast in the morning and i only remember to eat again around 8 in the evening. i havent being focusing on anything healthy and no excercise at all. ive still had my nights out drinking aswell

you can only get it online. if you pay by paypal you get them within 2 or 3 days or you can send a postal order which i think takes nearly 2 weeks to get them that way.

ive always being kinda weiry about diet pills but a friend used them for awhile said to just "give them a try the worst that can happen is that youve wasted €9.99"

So which is it? It speeds up your metabolism or it curbs your appetite?

Personally I think taking a pill daily to lose weight is the laziest way to lose weight and nothing changes mentally, with no look to nutrition at all. Can only add up to failure down the road. Do yourself a favour, feck them in the bin and buy a decent nutrition book and exercise every day

Harsh as it sounds above, I know for a fact that Ive always would have clicked in delighted to see a post like this cos it would mean i would lose weight with no effort.
