Ok started protein today. Added 2 and a half scoops and the water and shook up well.

However I found it very watery and hard to stomach and feel very full up now.

    Is this normal?

Normal for me. I can manage one scoop in milk before dinner or it's back out again before you can say 'glutamine'.

If you just started having protein shakes its not unusual for it to cause bloating. If its been happening a while you might have a slight problem with whey concentrate.

if your just start to take protein it could be that your bloated, i had this for i while when i started using protein supps years ago,

i sometimes feel really full while drinking some brands that say you have take x amount of scoops as they can be very thick. if your taking 2 and half scoops with 500ml of water try 1 scoop with 500ml of water and then have the other 1 and half a few minutes after that the less thick it is the easier it will be to drink.

Just change it arouns until you find a water/powder ratio that suits you.
2 and a half scoops means nothing on a forum, as scoops vary in size. How much is this is grams (print on nutritional data). I find it easier to take with less water. But have extra water after training,
