    im not sure how effective it is since the ephedrine has been removed from it after the last recall.

    hanley, if you havn't picked up the hydroxycut have a look at OxyElitePro 10 times better.
    universal nutrition will defo have them in stock.

    Is that the kinda stuff guys like Tom Venuto say not to take cause its useless....but Hanley wants it..and he seems to know stuff....im so confused:o

    Hydroxcut used to be good but since they removed the ephedrine, its now as useless as all the rest of the 'fat burners' out there IMO.

    300mg of caffeine per serving makes me happy. Anything that gives me that much energy and focus is worth it. Even if the rest of the stuff has placebo effect and makes me train harder and be stricter on my diet, then I don't care if it doesn't ACTUALLY do anything - it's working.

    Hanley's also gonna be training morning and night, and going for a 100% diet record for the next 2 weeks and 90% thereafter. Icing on the cake!
