    Heres my daily routine:

Breakfast: Cereal Bar or Nutri Grain Bar or Piece of fruit
Lunch: Cold chicken wrap with lettuce and coleslaw or Crisps and 750ml of bottled water
    20 Minute Jog
Dinner: Meat creamed potato's mixed veg and glass of water
Supper: Cup of coffee or nothing

    Is this a balanced diet?
Can I make some tweeks to get a healthier diet?

It's a pretty standard diet, but it's nowhere near the best you could do.

Are you trying to lose or gain weight, or just maintain but eat better?

For a start, lose the nutrigrain bar, they are just sweets by another name. Give yourself a decent portion of protein in the morning, eggs are good. But porridge with some nuts or seeds works, or even some plain cottage cheese or yogurt. Fruit is not bad, at least you are eating a whole fruit rather than juice, but it's pure carbs and sets your body up to expect carbs for the rest of the day.

At lunch, the chicken is good, but the wrap is processed carbs, and the coleslaw is probably full of rubbish. If you want to make your own 'slaw, feel free, but the commercial stuff is usually full of too much mayo and added salt and sugar. Consider having the chicken with a big green salad instead of the wrap.

Meat and veg is good for dinner. Does creamed potatoes mean mash, or something out of a packet?

Try putting in some oily fish a couple of times a week.

Then definitely cut the bars, and reduce or cut out the bread and potatoes and crisps, and replace with protein and lots of green veg.

What are your your stats, and what are your portions like?
