    Hi all,
i need advice on how to loose weight from Belly & Thighs.
Ive tried everything and am at a loss as to what to do next.
im a size 10-12 but i am out of proportion i carry my weight around belly/thighs and its so hard to shift it.
i do circuit training twice a week, try to eat healthy and have recently rented a vibro plate as a last ditch effort.
im so tired of getting dressed looking in the mirror and hating myself.
it is so depressing to pick up jeans that fitted 6 months ago now i have to jump into them lol
ive put on about a stone in the last year.
putting it on is easy lol but loosing it is so hard.
any one got any useful hints/tips for me please x

The easiest way to lose lower body fat is to breastfeed. It's the only time the female body will willing give up the hip and thigh fat. Assuming that is not possible, then I'm afraid you are going to have to count calories. Belly fat responds well to lowering carbs. To shift lower body fat, it's a long slog of counting calories.

Combine this with some high intensity cardio, and you will see results. Just don't expect miracles. It will take time.
