Good supplements for training...

I clicked on the 300 training ad, are those supplements any good??? Or can anyone recommend supplements, I am gym goer 3 times a week, plus running, (though my knee has been bothering me for 3 mths now, with physio etc, so trying not to overdo running)
Would be 6'3 , 15 stone, pretty decent shape, but i want to get more cut and also stronger...I realise now that I need to look at nutrition, can anyone recommend some nutrition sheets for a month with different varieties or advice on it and also supplements?

Any advice appreciated...I am a member of a pretty decent gym in Smithfield, (beside Fresh) , I go spinning for low impact and swimming and weight training and wouldn't mind a training partner for weight training if that was possible from anyone who sees this and also goes to same gym...

    Cheers....

Is the running an absolute necessity?

Would a bike or rowing machine be feasible - having said all that though both the bike and erg can aggravate the knees but hopefully not to the same extent as running.

Bulking up - increase your protein consumption mate is a good start whether that be from food or from supps.
