Ó Muircheartaigh among Late Late guests

Broadcasting great Micheál Ó Muircheartaigh will be among Ryan Tubridy's guests on 'The Late Late Show' tonight. The RTÉ Gaelic Games commentator announced his decision to retire yesterday and will commentate on his last All-Ireland Senior Football Final this Sunday in Croke Park. Also joining Tubridy will be comics Des Bishop and Barry Humphries. 'The Late Late Show' is on RTÉ One at 9:35pm.

Unfortunately seems like a snooze fest, going over well trodden ground tonight.

Barry Humphries? and Des Bishop? No doubt the former will be interviewered badly and the latter will be all his usual "I'm so ****ing right on it kills you" for too long.

Hi guys, just wondering how I can win the weekly Late Late competition. I work in a call centre with 70+ phones and every Friday me and the guys spam the shít out of the competition phone line but we've never won.

Is there a specific point in the show we should call? Or do only texters win? We'll share some of the prize money with anybody with insightful answers.

Why does Des Bishop seem to be a resident on the show? Avoid.

I think it that offer is over Jonjo? Might just buy those little bottles of Nobelaner.. By the look of that lineup, it might have to be something stronger though...

Miriam O'Callaghan is on tonight too, probably with others pimping that new Ireland's greatest series

On the Late Late later to say why John Hume is 'Ireland's Greatest-I must love the man because I have always declined to go on any chat show

The first of this seasons RTE cross-pollination.
Yeah, I suppose we can expect the rest of the goons pimping their idols for the rest of the late late shows.

I was up early this morning, just had half a bottle of merlot with the dinner, the remainder will go off if I don't drink it quick,
I might not see 10pm, but please, go on without me.

    Bono the humanitarian yawn
If he was so virtuous he'd give a sizable wodge of his own millions to his causes. Bono is more about promoting Bono

Well the Dutch may vote for him. Since a large proportion of U2's earnings now go there.
