Breathing

    Hi guys,

I play rugby and find it extremely hard to breathe during games and training which is frustrating me no end which I think ads to the issue.

I was told I breathe paradoxically and since being told I try to correct it when running which is fine to point but then all hell breaks lose and I hyperventilate which terrifies me.

Can anyone suggest anything to help? Obvious thing is to get out and try running around the area or what not but here is the other issue, I have zero confidence in myself so hate the thought of running on my tod and people seeing me. Yes, I know no one cares what I look like but it's an irrational thing I have.

This is really something you should get a professional to look at and help you rectify. It could lead to further complications if people gave you advice here.
