Howye lads, recently bought myself a 4 piece fitness kit from argos including a chinup bar, pushup stands, situp clamp and a jumprope.

I have alot of experience in gyms throughout the years and have undergone some mad regimes in my time, im aware of the diet ill need to use in order to achieve results, so i dont need advice there at the moment. The only thing is i cant afford a gym membership right now, which is why i bought these things.

What id like to know is given the limited amount of excercises possible using them, is it actually possible to get noticeably bigger?

I know strength will obviously improve aswell as definition over time.

Bear in mind im fairly unfit at the moment, but not overweight.

    Cheers lads.

    Hi there

Would you consider doing the P90X home programme? There are a few on boards doing this and all you need is free weights and a chin up bar, which you have. Google it, its very popular in the US and is catching on over here too
