    Hi, I'm 5'10, 11 and a half stone. The thing is I'm skinny but my belly looks like its pregnant. I started doing crunches, about 200 every morning....and it was working but the problem was I started losing weight in my neck as well. I got comments saying how skinny I look and how it didn't suit me which wasn't what I wanted.

    Is there any way to lose the belly without losing the neck fat as well. My diet now is clean enough for the two months or so, I eat brown bread and cheese with Milk for my breakfast, steak and milk for my dinner. And fruit and veg for snacks during the day like bananas. I also started doing weights as well so if you could teach me a weight exercise to achieve this that would be great since I'm enjoying doing them so far.
