Folks,

is there any side effects caused by taking both? Ive been doing stronglifts for 7 weeks now and I felt great for the first three weeks when I introduced these into my diet now Im lathargic and more worrying my heart doesnt feel great, lots of palpatations in the morning so much so that I made an appointemnt with my GP for today.

Has anyone ever experienced these side effects before?

You need to talk to your GP about it. Dextrose and / or Glutamine are NOT causing palpitations. They're about as innocuous as a supplement can be.
