Anyone know what this means when trying to register?

"Either you have not made an application as yet
    OR
The Registration Cycle relating to your application is not open
    OR
You have not been admitted for any qualification to date.
If you have made an application please utilise the Student Admission Status option on the Student Enquiry for more information."

Got that error on about step 4. I just went down to the payment option on the list and it let me pay.

So I'm studying international science, I passed all my labs in 1st year and got my repeats results there, for physics theres 2 tests for the one module and I failed both, and I failed one of the two tests for biology, so I failed 1 module and half another one. I passed maths and chemistry, is there any way to get in to 2nd year.

It depends how much you've failed by, If you are bordering a pass, Talk to one of the lecturers but chances are you aren't getting into 2nd year.

So what do actually happens when you meet with the faculty in dcu after you fail, what are they going to say and what should I say? I cant see what difference it would make, I failed. Meeting my lecturer to hear him tell me how I failed isnt going to do any good, is it?
