FunkyFitnessClasses Recommend???

    looking for some recommendations for FunkyFitnessClasses. they are run all over the west, they have bootcamp, body toning, and exercise to music, i am tempted to join one starting in Roscommon, next week. i was originally starting an army bootcamp fitness class in athlone but I spotted Funky Fitness its only half the price, but its indoors, so i can't imagine it is as diverse.


    has anyone tried it or heard reports on it
