Thread Deleted - Why?

    I tried to message a mod but it says i need to have 25 posts. I am new to this site so I might be doing something wrong.

    But anyway, I posted a thread for beginner advice to getting fit and now it has been deleted. Can someone tell me why? The advice in it was great and I had planned to stick to it but I didnt get a chance to take the info down.

    Can the thread be re-instated please or did I do something wrong? If I did, I got no warming and I red the charter before I posted.

    Bad Form!

    The moderator who deleted the thread was me and if Disco2Disco checks his PM's he will have a PM from myself explaining why.

    EileenG is a Moderator on the Nutrition & Diet form, not the Fitness Forum, so she would not have deleted your post. Only Forum moderators/ Cat Mods/Admins can delete posts/threads on a Forum. If you are going to accuse a moderator of deleting a thread, at least check that you are accusing one of the forum moderators ;) When we post on forums outside of those we moderate, we are only ordinary users and have no moderator privileges on these forums.
