    Hello,
I have a little problem, I got broadband from 3, it's a little wifi dongle and is pretty good but only works wen it's in my kitchen, I bought it to go online on de ps3 which is in de sitting room but de ps3 won't seem to pick it up wireless from that distance so I bought adapters and an Ethernet cable to connect them but still nothing,

I'm wondering does de dongle need a router and from the router run the Ethernet cable into the sitting room where I have my ps3?

If anyone knows what to do it wud be much appriciated

    thank you!

First off, don't use text speak; the is not spelled de.

The mifi is a router, but designed for mobility, not home use. Three midland is completely unsuitable for gaming. Basically, you bought the wrong thing. Bring it back, and then get broadband.

It does work.....perfect, I play cod online all "THE" time wit full signal when I'm in "THE" kitchen but my question was how do I get them to recognise each other when I bring my ps3 into de sitting room as it's too far away for wireless so I got an Ethernet cable but I can't seem to get them to link up,
"THE" reason why I bought that one is cause it's "THE" only one available where I live, by "THE" way it is broadband!!

Is there any knowledgable people that can help me out?

    Thank you!!

Get a better Router for your Mobile USB stick

Don't use a WiFi Travel adaptor. Which is what I think you have.

BTW, it's a Mobile Phone system you have, not Broadband. Re-check what is available locally each month.

No it is not. Just because you don't know what you're talking about, doesn't mean that everyone else doesn't too. Also, you can stop being a smart-arse now.

There are several threads about 3G wireless routers, if that's what you want to use. Do a bit of research.
