    hello, I am a 31 year old man who has just quit smoking.I am 6ft 2 and weigh 13 and a half stone.I am looking to tone up and also get a lot fitter.I am shockingly unfit at the moment.I am taking up gym membership next week but have no clue where to start.Thanks in advance

    I`m living in galway city.Pretty much no gym experience although i played football and hurling until 5 years ago

    start with the basics as there are lots of simple exercies you can do in this section of my blog. Start with the home based type workouts and work up from there or just keep changing them around if you enjoy them -
