So green tea is good for you. How does this rate?

    Thanks

verygood for digestion, and hydrates you more than green tea.. which contains small amts of caffeine

    i love peppermint tea.

It's suggested to avoid if you get acid reflux/heartburn.

i have no idea what acid reflux is.

i'm trying to cut out milky tea (i can't drink normal tea without milk), black coffee and lattes with syrup in them. i'm hoping this is an alternative that's not gonna have any real negative consequences.

it certainly tastes much nicer than green tea. does it also have the benefits as being classed as "good for you" as opposed to "not bad" as well?

I noticed a real difference in my digestion when I started drinking peppermint tea. It is soothing and calming on my stomach. I love the taste too, but don't just buy any brand, I find the Barrys brand is disgusting, real sort of iron taste from it. Go to a health store to buy it cos they have much more choice and better quality- I think anyway.

Acid reflux is like acid indigestion, heartburn but chronic not acute.

I bloat after dairy & wheat so like to have peppermint tea. Certainly tastes better than liver salts!! If you're looking for a tea substitute, I suggest vanilla green tea.

Lipton do one called Alps (asfair) which is peppermint & eucalyptus, very refreshing.
