Seeking Guidance

Ok so as the title says I'm looking for some guidance in relation to my current work-out routine.

I've been going to the gym 4-5 times a week for the past 6 weeks, I have been a gym user for a couple years but I've only started enjoying it and taking it seriously recently.

At the moment I've been my routine is as follows:
    -10 mins on bike-4k
    -20 mins on cross-trainer at level 7
-15 mins circuit of weights machines arms and legs
-10 mins rower on the highest intensity
-10 mins floor stuff consisting of crunches and stretching

I don't like the treadmill, I walk my dogs through fields everyday 3-4k at least.

I'm basically looking for someone to critique my workout and give some tips on extra things I should be doing.

    Oh and I'm female, 20, 5ft 4'', 10st 2lb and eat a very healthy diet.

    Looking forward to your feedback.

Are you enjoying the workout?, are you reaching your goal ie. Losing fat, young up etc?

    Hey There

Can you post a little about your goals? what are you hoping to get from you workouts?

    • Body fat (weight) loss
    • Build some muscle (not like Arnie)
    • Just general health and fitness
    • Training for a specific sport you are involved in
    • etc
Also even though you say you eat a healthy diet, it may help folks offer more targeted advice if you posted up a typical days food & liquid intake.

Sorry, I knew I was missing something.

I'd like to get down to nine and a half stone, I don't weigh myself very often but I'm going to start doing it every week on the same day and at the same time. According to the scales I've lost 4lbs in the past 6 weeks which I'm happy with as understand that I'm building muscle which is keeping my weight up but I've noticed a good difference in how my jeans fit:)

I am enjoying my current workout and I'm doing it for general health and fitness. I've noticed my arms are looking more defined, and I'm liking that so yeah I guess I am looking to build some muscle.

    My diet is as follows:

b/fast: weetabix w/slim-milk or porridge made with water and a splash of milk. 1 nectarine or 1 orange.

Lunch: homemade soup, made with whatever veg is in the fridge/whole grain pitta w.ham and salad/ beans w.one slice of wholemeal bread/chicken salad.

Snack: depends on what's on the press could be popcorn, unsalted nuts, trail mix, nature valley trail bar, rice cake, piece of fruit, 2 or 3 nairns oatcakes with peanut butter, piece of cheese. I'm trying to cut down on snacks atm I would have two things from the list above per day.

Dinner: Salmon darne w.brocolli and butternut squash chips/prawn stirfry w.up tp five different veg and a small portion of wholgrain rice/garlic & chilli prawns w.veg and noodles, baked chicken fillet w.broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, one potato.

Supper: I wouldn't have supper everyday but some days I'm just hungrier then others so I tend to have a few oatcakes w.peanut butter or laughing cow light cheese or a small bowl of soup.

Liquids: on average 2 cups of tea per day, no sugar, slim-milk, 1.5-2ltrs water.
