ok basically ive been concentrating on weight loss and am now down to a desired weight of about 13 st after about 6 months of hard work. im 6'2 just for the record. i now want to gain muscle so i went to the supplement store in the ilac centre (dublin) and was reccomended 'Brutal,Muscle on' protein powder.

basically i want to know has anyone ever used this? How much should i take post workout? What do i mix the powder with...etc?

    any other advice is appreciated....thanks!

Gotta say, it's got the most macho looking website I've ever seen. Obviously not expecting much of a female uptake! But from what I can see, it's a basic whey without too many weird additions, so it's as good as anything else out there.

How does it compare on price with ON whey or MyProtein.co.uk?

Take about 30g post workout, with a little glucose (dextrose) and some creatine if you use it.
