This is probably a very stupid question but are greek yogurt and greek style yogurt the same thing, and if not what is the difference between them? Thanks! :)

Greek yogurt is made in a specific way, it gets strained through a cloth. Greek style yogurt is one which ends up looking and tasting the same, but uses a different method.
