I need some more options here guys....

Exercises that are out (cos I'm doing them already):
    -pushdowns of any sort
    -skull crushers
    -rolling dumbbell extenstions
    -tate presses (cos they're ghey)

I'd like to avoid CGBP tho if no one else can come up with a suitable alternative I'll use it light for 5x10 or something.

Winner gets a hug at the beers.

I know... I'm being an awkward cnut really. I wanna keep anything that's gonna stress my shoulders outta the equation cos I'm hitting them hard at the moment.

    Actually... JM Press!!

pressups with your hands in the shape of a triangle under your chest area?: something like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bi-iX046Js0&feature=related

might be hard on the shoulders though.

Elbow wrecker!! Used to do them on a med ball at the end of a tricep workout. Got bored when I could do 30 in a row and couldn't think of a convenient way to load them.

JM press is winning so far, looks like some self love's on the cards!!

    Seated skullcrushers.
    reverse grip bench variations
    partial overhead press stuff.
    partial bench variations.
    cable extensions
    seated db extensions
lying db extensions across chest, single hand (seen a guy doing these the other day, no idea if they are worthwhile, like a tate press except one arm at a time and fully across the chest...ok no they aren't worth it)
    Dips...oh wait the shoulders nm.
jm press made my elbows feel like they were going to explode within seconds but maybe they'll work for you, jayroc says a fat bar is easier on them.
press ups on a bosu ball/swiss ball.

You including single arm cable pushdowns? I find a hammer type grip on a rope doesn't effect my shoulders at all. ( pull down really)

    Eh....
    Cable.....
    Preacher....
    Pushdowns.

    Does that work?

I'm only half messing, but that said it might be a bad thing to have the muscle you are working pushed against a pad.
    Is it?

    I'm not helping am I....

People slate the JM Press sometimes but I'm a big fan of it; its a savage movement, although for the sake of my wrists I tend to use a fat bar with a suicide grip.

(Edit: Apparently Brian beat me to it!)

Hanley, why the **** are you looking to load your triceps more?

    4 days OH Pressing

    2 Days Benching

and whatever other stuff you have planned, is it not a bit OTT?

I won't deny there've been one or two close calls, but that's half the fun :D

Overhead extensions for high reps (20+) do it for me....
