Using 3 Data simcards in Phones

    So I have the legendary what could be a scam vodafone 24.99 deal, if i decide to cancel it after 18 months I noticed 3 updated the data plans and 36.50 for 20GB is soo cool, a little more expensive and not unlimited but at least the cap isn't 10gb and you lose voip and p2p! So my question is I remember when you purchase the add on you get 3000 texts and phone minutes. Can anyone confirm and is this any time because I was wondering if I could pop it into my iPhone 4, You the minutes and txts, then have tethering one way or another with jailbreak. They are soon going to roll out Pay Go Micro sims. So can anyone confirm if you can make calls and txts with them. Thanks!

    Your mixing up bill pay and pre pay, you get 30GB for 26.24pm, that's a bill pay sim so you wouldn't get the free calls and texts you'd be charged out of bundle rates if it did work.

    You can use knife and cut a regular SIM to fit iPhone. Usually data SIM contrats or PAYG for dongles are very expensive for SMS and voice calls.

    Does anyone currently use a 3 mobile broadband paygo sim. After the 18months i might go back to pay go. But I remember when it was 10GB for 25 bucks it gave 3000 mins and txts, i just want to know were they weekend or all the time, also i was checking my old dongle and for a week of 700 mins and txts it's 6.93 euro.

    So to those with the dongles and topped up or is still in use:

    Do you get 3000 minutes and txts when you buy the add on, and are they just for weekend or any time?
