When do student visas start in the school year? What i mean is if a person is working on a student visa for the summer, when does he/she have to go back on a 20 hr week for the school year> Is there a specfic date? what happens if they are found not to be in school?

People working on student visas generally have to have a letter from their college stating when they are out of term time.It is up to the employer to ensure that they have a letter from the staff members college stating they are not in school term if they are working more then 20 hours per week.
