Comment on my diet please?

    Hi Guys,

    I have started a new diet which although I am hoping to lose weight but I also want to get into a good routine.

    8.00 - Breakfeast

    4 Weetabixs and glass of orange juice

    10.00 - Mid morning snack

    2 pieces of fruit (mostly orange and apple)
    1 Coffee

    12.30 - Lunch

    Brown bread sandwich or pasta salad.

    15.00 - Mid afternoon snack

    1 pieces of fruit

    19.00

    Either steak (fired), chicken or fish (both grilled) with veg (stir fry or boiled) - no spuds or rice.


    I also drink about 3 - 4 pints of water during the day. I also have odd biscuit\chocolate or youhurt in between those lunches but no more than 1 a day.

    I could drink between 2 - 10 pints of beer at the weekend, depending on what's on. I know that is too much and I am trying to cut down on that!

    I also have the about 2 bad meals a week (Chinese or pizza). Also trying to cut down.

    I can try and get out for a run/swim/gym every other day!
