trying to slim down

    ok,for pretty much 3 years ive been just eating and training as hard as i can.ive gone from 9.5 stone to 12.5 stone but now id like to look a little leaner and maybe get some definition on my abs.am i making a good start?

    ive dropped all potato,white rice,pasta,bread etc.i think pretty much all the carbs im getting is from porridge oats.eating alot more salads too in the last 6 weeks.i would drink no more than 3 or 4 bottles of beer every 2-3 months and i dont eat takeaways.

    im doing HIIT alternating between the threadmill and exercise bike depending on the day and continuing my usual weightlifting as i always did.

    im using the ab exercises transform posted in a video not too long ago.
