    Hi everyone,

I met up with Will Heffernan last week and we are planning to host a FREE workshop here at SanoVitae.

We're based in the city centre (IFSC) and are on the LUAS line (Mayor Square/NCI stop) so its a pretty central location.

Since Will can talk in detail about a vast variety of fitness and nutrition subjects, I thought I'd first ask what people on this forum would like to see discussed.

After we get the feedback, we'll put together a workshop based on what most people would like to see.

Looking forward to hearing all of your suggestions.

    Cheers,

    Paul

can protein be turned to fat, if caloric intake exceeds maintenance as a result of excess protein intake??

As well as the above. Prehab/rehab and mobility.

Thanks for the suggestions so far - I'd personally be very interested in anything covering mobility/flexibility.

By the way, the workshop will be free - I forgot to mention that in my original post.

Ha ha - I think you'll find the car crash that is 'that' thread, was highly contributed too by Parsley.

    Mobility/Prehab for me too.

I swear I've been back in the office 2 days after 3 months of study leave which were either spent standing or with my legs out in a lying position, and I can feel my hip flexors tightening up already.
