I have a protein shake before I leave the house
When I get to work I have a coffee and maybe a nutrigrain bar if I'm hungry

I couldn't stomach any sausages/rashers/eggs early on weekday mornings. I have cereal and toast. I make up for it with a ridiculous sized fry at some stage over the weekend.

    Shredded wheat and black coffee.

Well, I have milk over the shredded wheat, the coffee is in a cup then next to the bowl.

I just had some fried eggs on wholewheat toast, with a Blue Mountain coffee and am now having a cig for dessert.

It varies though. Some days I do, some days I don't.

Croissant and a coffee. In a min. I would have a fag now since I started smoking again but it's too rainey outside.

I am now amazed at the amount of smokers in this thread

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 37,315 ✭✭✭✭the_syco

Scone/muffin/pastry thing on my first 15. Usually Lucozade or Redbull first thing. If I have one, an Apple & Blackcurrant Innocent smoothie between car and work.

And on Mondays, usually a smoke on my first 15 as well.

Porridge w flax seed, nuts, honey and sultanas.

On a training day that'd be joined by 2 boiled eggs and brown toast.

Never had brekky except at the weekend until about 6 months ago, and I dunno how I got through the day.

Followed by a pizza and several burgers for lunch. ;)

Get up at 5, have a homemade granola bar+pear/apple on train to work.
Then coffee at work - sometimes with a toasted bagel + butter.

Porridge or cereal but not every morning but I would always have a cup of tea and a cigarette before I do anything

I only started eating breakfast again once I stopped smoking. Never felt the need before, just survived in the mornings on coffee, smokes and maybe a bottle of lucozade. Now I am still on a health craze after a year so eat a healthy breakfast

I have some juice & fruit when I leave the house at 7.45 then a fry in the canteen at 10.15 as long as the rest of the building hasn't beaten me to it.

When getting up for work, never! can't understand how anybody can think of food that early in the morning, what's even more mind boggleing is that some people would sacrefise their most precious time in bed to eat, something they'll have loads of time to do later
